Patriarchy system

There are many social issues concerning underprivileged women but not for the women who are educated and financially sound, yet they are bound to the men of their family if they ever want to do something in their lives. The patriarchy system and the issues an educated, well informed woman faces limits her capacity as she knows her rights, yet she cannot exercise them freely. She has to struggle to convince the male members of the family that she should be accepted as an individual who can excel in her career and make choices of her own. There are educated men in the society who refuse to allow women to work independently. This should be addressed. Hence, in this case there is no lack of education but acting oblivious to women’s rights.
