1. What sort of message multiplicative activity/ activities did you conduct after the PACE collaborative workshop? What was the topic of discussion? What was discussed during the event?
I conducted the workshop activity in the class room which lasted for two hours and 30 mins.The topics of discussion were Equality, Leadership and Motivation.Furthermore, different activities were conducted with the participants.
2. What was the feedback received from the participants of discussion? Do you think that the discussion was beneficial for them?
The response from students was very positive; we discussed different remedial measures related to issues like inequality, poor leadership and lack of motivation. Ostensibly, the overall discussion was very productive and beneficial for them as per their feedback.
3. Did you face any issues conducting the event and interacting with the participants on PACE themes?
I didn’t face any issue while interacting with the participants on PACE themes. Moreover, I am planning to conduct the same event in other departments as well.
