1. What sort of message multiplicative activity/ activities did you conduct after the PACE collaborative workshop? What was the topic of discussion? What was discussed during the event?
We organized PACE Collaborative activity, which was mainly focused on PACE themes Diversity, Motivation and Leadership. The main reason behind selecting these themes areas were our participants, which are students that are currently studying in undergraduate programs in our university. Keeping in mind those university students came from different ethnic, cultural, religion background; our discussion was mainly focused on Diversity, Equality and Tolerance that is unfortunately, somehow lacking in our society. We also included some motivational video to encourage students that success occurs when your dreams get bigger than your excuses. We also involved our participants in our discussion and also arranged refreshment for them.
2.What was the feedback received from the participants of discussion? Do you think that the discussion was beneficial for them?
We believe that it was an excellent session of interaction with participants. We have received very positive vibes from them. The session went very well and the feedback we received was really positive which exceeded our expectations. They participated actively in discussion and also shared their views. However, at the end of discussion they seemed more satisfied and motivated. They also showed their desire to conduct such type of activities at regular interval to promote peace, equality, and tolerance in our society.
3.Did you face any issues conducting the event and interacting with the participants on PACE themes?
We have not faced any issue conducting this event and interacting with the participants on PACE themes. Infact, Cooperation from the students and management was very appreciable.
