- The topic was motivation and leadership, where I discussed motivation, how to motivate people and the types of motivation, with an activity of “what five things motivate you every time.” The response was very positive and students participated actively. The second topic of discussion was leadership; the kind of leaders and relationship of motivation and leaders. Moreover an activity was conducted with the students to list down leadership qualities.
- The next topic was Respect for Diversity, topic was very interesting. Session began with defining diversity by language, color, cast and religions, leading to gender balance and motivating the participants to respect diversity.
- The feedback I received was satisfactory, participants got involved in the discussion and their interest about the topic was great. Moreover, they demanded that this type of session should take place time to time to motivate them and the topic “Respect for Diversity” is very much beneficial for today’s scenarios.
- There were no such issues for me conducting the event.
