- What sort of message multiplicative activity/ activities did you conduct after the PACE collaborative workshop? What was the topic of discussion? What was discussed during the event?
The topics include: Diversity and Motivation. The activity revolved around exploring dynamics of the personalities, people, provinces, culture, caste, sect and religion and giving space and respect to each one of these. The second half of the activity had objectives to explore “Motivation” and probing into the goals of each one of the participant. The objective was to help them identify their goals in life and make them motivated to achieve these goals efficiently.
- What was the feedback received from the participants of discussion? Do you think that the discussion was beneficial for them?
The participants were open to the discussion and gave a very positive feedback. They found the activity self-exploring and opened up new venues to critical and positive thinking.
- Did you face any issues conducting the event and interacting with the participants on PACE themes?
The only issue was arranging the auditorium otherwise there wasn’t any issue faced before or during the activity or while interacting with participants.
