Governance

People of Pakistan, against the commonly held belief, have always spoken and acted in favor of democracy. They did it again in February 2008 and voted out the government of the political party that supported a military dictator for eight years. CRSS firmly believes that Pakistan’s future is bright and it could only be achieved via democratic developments and solidifying the democratic institutions.

The Center is an ardent observer of the evolution of democracy and conduct of governance in Pakistan. It reports, researches and plays an active role to help democracy grow stronger via more responsible governance for the people of Pakistan.
